Huzzah!

And thus we are ready to go - almost. All we have to do is pack the van and close our eyes and we'll be there! All that U-Haul business is behind us. No hard feelings.

Wow - that u-haul business was quite the stuff. Congrats to Bonnie on defending her thesis! That's great. Oh, and that mentioned of Dwayne Harm's blog. Ironically I had ran into an old friend of his who told me about him and gave me the link. Later that day he passed away. Very touching and sad story; yet also encouraging in terms of the strength he and his family displayed.

Hey dudes, Garry asked me to 'blog' for him to let ya'll know that he has safely arrived in Winnipeg. Mind you, it came after 2 flat tires and a very long night but nonetheless they are on our way. Driving a uhaul across the country seems strangely familier and i give them huge props for doing so. Today they are onto Thunder Bay which may be an even tougher day since our aunt just passed on yesterday in T-Bay. My thoughts are with you two today, battling the 2 way traffic and massive hills and rock cuts with a uhaul should be fun!!!

Wow! Doesn't sound like the journey is going as smoothly as we all hoped! At least they haven't had to get stitches...yet...

G and B, just to let you guys know, the old place is doing well. In fact, living in 2010 pretty much kicks ass. Especially because caretaker Dave has yet to drop by and collect rent!... We managed to get everything set up and rolling on Thursday night, and dropped half a grand at Costco Friday...

I've already met the old man in the garage out back. Nobody let me know he keeps a boat-car in the garage! That thing is amazing. Coolest guy I've met in a long time. Apparently I'm taking a ride in it next week. Of course, he let me know that Bonnie kept cancelling her appointments to drive the South Saskatchewan...

Hope you arrive safely and that U-Haul gives you your money back, which you can, in turn, spend on an iPod.

Peace,
Hutton
